How it works
Recording fuel, tolls, loading and other expenses against the trip sheet as they happen gives the true cost of the trip. A driver wallet then shows the advance given, the expenses debited and the balance to settle at trip close.
Trip profit is the freight earned minus the trip’s direct costs, with a per-kilometre share of fixed costs such as EMI, insurance and permits added for the full picture.
Example
A ₹20,000 advance, ₹15,450 of expenses and ₹1,500 of bata leave ₹3,050 for the driver to return.
