Warehouse OS — Getting Started
Receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory reporting for warehouse operations.
Overview
Warehouse OS covers the full inbound-to-outbound warehouse flow: receiving against purchase orders, put-away to bin locations, wave picking, packing, dispatch, and a returns/inspection workflow — with barcode-scan screens for each step so floor staff never have to type an item code by hand.
Reporting covers current stock, aging, fast/slow/dead-stock analysis, fulfilment rates and utilization, all live against the same inventory ledger the operational screens write to — there's no separate reporting database to reconcile.
The operations console is a dedicated app at /admin, built for warehouse managers and floor staff, alongside barcode-scan-first screens for receive, putaway, pick, pack and dispatch.
Frequently asked questions
Does it support barcode scanning?
Yes — every operational step (receive, putaway, pick, pack, dispatch) has a dedicated scan-first screen designed for handheld scanners, not just keyboard entry.
How current is the stock report?
Live — reports read the same inventory ledger the scan screens write to in real time, not a nightly batch.
