Understanding your invoice
What each line on your invoice means.
Each invoice covers one billing period for one site's plan. If you signed up through a reseller partner, the price shown reflects their resale price, not the platform's own wholesale price.
Invoices are marked Paid once payment is confirmed by the payment gateway, whether that is the platform's own gateway or your reseller's.
