Overview
School OS is a full school-management suite: admissions, fee collection and concessions, academic setup and timetabling, library and exams, transport, attendance, health records, payroll for staff, and a parent-teacher-meeting workflow — plus dedicated portals for students, parents and teachers, and an AI Tutor for student-facing help.
Four kinds of accounts cover the whole school community: Students see grades, attendance and their AI tutor; Teachers mark attendance, assign homework and view class rosters; Parents track fees, progress and messaging; and Admins run admissions, analytics and payroll from one dashboard. Each logs in with the same account type shown on the login screen's quick-access buttons.

What does the AI Tutor do?
It's a Claude-based assistant available to students directly inside the student portal, for homework help and study questions scoped to their own coursework.

Parents use a web portal today — it covers fee statements, attendance, report cards and messaging with teachers.
