RestaurantOS — Getting Started
Point of sale, kitchen display, table management and multi-outlet restaurant operations.
Overview
RestaurantOS is a full restaurant POS and back-of-house system: order entry with a floor/table map, kitchen order tickets (KOT) routed to the right kitchen station, split-bill and merge-bill billing, loyalty wallets, combo deals, online/aggregator order sync and settlement, reservations, and inventory down to recipe-level ingredient consumption.
The console runs as a dedicated POS app, with role-scoped access for cashiers, kitchen staff, waiters, bar staff, inventory staff and outlet managers — an outlet manager account sees reporting and settings across the whole outlet, while operational roles get a focused, fast-tap interface built for a live service floor.
The same app runs multiple independently-branded outlets on this platform, each with their own menu, staff and demo login, sharing one underlying codebase.
Frequently asked questions
Does it handle split bills and merged tables?
Yes — split-bill, merge-bill and void workflows are built into the core order flow, not an add-on.
Can it sync with food-delivery aggregators?
Yes — online orders and aggregator settlements sync into the same order and payment flow as in-house orders, so reporting doesn't need to combine multiple systems.
Is there a kitchen display screen?
Yes — KOTs route to a kitchen view by station, so a busy kitchen can see exactly what's pending without printed paper tickets.
