How it works

Hospital adoption of ABDM is largely voluntary, with incentives and PM-JAY processes encouraging it. WebSoftOS Hospital ERP records a patient’s ABHA number and address, validated as 14 digits, together with patient consent records.

For anything beyond that, such as milestone certification or live claim exchange, confirm the current position with any vendor and with the National Health Authority.
